Not one, Pakistan leader has been a angel. However here is my assessment from 0-10 of every leader from 1958-2014 as we have seen in last 56 years. This is based on economic. social and political conditions during their reign. Minus numbers are when nation is in desperate stage for either of the reasons: 1. Ayub Khan: 7 to start, 4 before leaving. (reason to leave-PPP protests) 2. Yahya Khan: 4 to start minus 10 on leaving (East Pakistan debacle) 3. Zulfaqar Ali Bhutto: 5 to start and -5 after election rigging. 4. Zia-ul-Haq: 5 to start and -5 just before his death. (All PMs were powerless, and he created a stage of desperation in end) 5. BB- 1st term: 6 to startoff and -5 after Zardari and govt corruption exposed. 6. NS-1st term: 5 to startoff and -2 after political rifts with PPP/COAS & corruption. 7. BB- 2nd term: 4 to start off and -5 before removal. (Came in as only alternate, and corruption became more intense by Mr 10%) 8. NS-2nd term: 4 to start odd and -5 before removal (Created a civilian martial-law like state with NS behaving like a bull in China-shop. ) 9- Pervez Musharraf: 7 to start off, 4 after loosing his uniform. Left as non-influential as PPP government was already in power. 10. Zardari-PPP: 4 to start off, minus 10 12-months pre-elections. 11. NS: 4 to start off- running at 0 right now.
