Not sure how to feel right now feel unsure like Ive said something wrong but not sure what it was I hate that feeling I get inside my head sometimes maybe Im just over exerting my brain and Im wrong and have nothing to worry about but still its kinda been bugging me for a couple of hours and Im still getting them shooting pains in the right side of my forehead oh well just sit home alone and try to enjoy loads of downloaded films my appointment went good today at mind in Cambridge to do with helping with my mental health issues and we gonna meet every four weeks and go over some plans of action to help try sort bloody life out stop moping around feeling like a failure and get some motivation in my life and get things back on track a financial structure job prospects and a daily routine Im still young so I can look to the future I just need to built my faith in myself back up again thats as I did and have lost interest no more its time to change my ways for a better future people
