Not sure i understand this. The police commissioner of NY has been complaining that arrests have gone down etc. They claim the numbers are not the same when compared to the same period last year. So i took a walk outside to see if there was anarchy in the city. Needless to say, i came back inside unharmed to write this. It would seem that arrests is like a business, you would think its the price of oil rising on the world market. Why is it not a good thing that arrests are down and the city is still very functional? Maybe somebody can put this in perspective for me but it all sounds bizzare that persons are so worried that the rate of arrests have dropped.
