Not sure if everyone knows what the Hutchinson effect is. Its the use of frequency to manipulate matter...turning metal to liquid, making it weightless etc. Why couldnt a particular alloy with magnetic properties be mixed with a radioactive isotope be used in an aircraft...and along with the power of the ionosphere and a DEW(direct energy weapon) be given the power of weightlessness and propulsion? I spose it would be more of an anti-gravity craft that could stay suspended indefinitely. Not sure how many have already contemplation this...I just woke this morning with the idea. Ive seen craft much like Sean Gautreaux has presented in his depictions. It would stand to reason that such technologies exist in some form already. Anyway...any input and thoughts would be appreciated.
