Not sure if hes drunk here... but based on the Video he launched few days ago where he offered to go through the Security check voluntarily, one would ideally expect him to do the same thing here! Go for a BAC check voluntarily ... At least, these people should stop talking or making films about CHANGE, INSPIRATION, MOTIVATION, etc. Obviously the police are to be blamed as well for letting him go without a test!
