Not sure if you remember Rocky the little kitten found in the plant pot in Abu Dhabi close to death well my husband and I have been fostering him and to give you a update his eye burst yesterday my husband rushed him to the vets again after now having several visits he is doing well still a long way to go, now the eye has burst the vet said it has taken the pressure off and he actually is feeling less pain now than he did but obviously still sore. We have many medications and he requires 24 hours a day care to eat and apply the medicine. He is friendly with our other two fosters and plays with them a little in the day they just know he is different and they are always very calm around him. He weighs only 300 grams so he has a long way to go and keeping him alive and trying to save his other eye is priority when he is bigger we can operate on the bad eye to remove. I just want to add the vet mentioned yesterday to my husband that he did not believe Rocky would make this far but thank you to Laura for saving him initially and to my husband for being so supportive and caring in helping Rocky that he is here today. He may be very small and look very odd but he is a character he gets so excited to see you he follows us around he gets angry when we put his medicine in he demands he sits on my husbands shoulder and dare no other kitten try to take that place.
