Not sure the true details of the ferguson situation, but apparently this all started because brown and a friend were walking in the street and told by the officer to walk on the side walk. Not sure how Brown ended up in the police car. One would assume he did not like the suggestion by the officer. If Brown was wrestling for a gun with the officer you would assume he was not handcuffed. In the last 10 years Ferguson has made great strides. There is a micro brew, a few wine bars and several other productive business making strides. This will be a major deterrent for the future of Ferguson. All the work destroyed in one day.
