Not sure what to think. The new Magistrate for Tahuya shows up at my door last night begging me to help him with his new position but I dont have a clue what I can do for him. He seems to need a mediator of some sort for his staff that can keep several special interest groups from each others throats and he knows I have a reputation as a good negotiator and peacekeeper. We are meeting tonight after office hours but I am still not sure if this is a real position or what. Not sure I want to even get involved in any political arena either, especially backwoods politics. We have known each other outside of any political venues and Im not entirely trusting of anything I have seen him involved in. Hmmm...how to bow out with grace and dignity yet still not offend.
