Not sure whether I should be promoting this one? I am sure you have heard of planking, well this is the latest craze to take the NW Coast by storm (well, actually by a couple of NW weirdos) Apparently these are flexed poses - shown by AJ Jones on todays start line. Didnt do him much good though, he failed to complete lap one thru a puncture, had a lap out, re-joined, failed to complete the next lap and then re-joined and sat on for 10 laps of training then masqueraded as a judge. Perhaps training would be a better option! Glad to have you back AJ, even just for the laughs.
