Not sure why I thought I already posted about this song - better late than never! vaddanTUnE...from Run Raja Run composed by Ghibran and written by Ramajogaiah Sastry is a haunting melody with a wonderful mix of both Carnatic and Western music styles! Chinmayi Sripada did an excellent job singing the number! While the lyrics aptly describe the state of mind of the heroines character - confusion, the same is shown with perfection in the music and orchestration. It reminds me of the feel we find in Rajas songs - of course I cant call it copied or inspired though! Might be in Simhendrumadhyamam raagam - not very sure though!!
