Not the most pleasant of posting content but I feel it must be posted as this just another case of animal hoarding in Philadelphia, but this goes on worldwide! It is a shame that these animals are subjected to such cruel conditions. We often question their state of mind. And what is really sad is that often these people think they are doing good for the animals. If you suspect someone of hoarding please report it to the authorities. I hope and pray there are not any more deceased animals in the house and that the owner gets some much needed help.~~D
