Not the result everyone was looking for, but sometimes you just get beat. Last night was disappointing because of the blown lead, and some very questionable decisions that are easy for anyone, myself included, to second guess. Tonight, I dont think you can do that. How do you go wrong with leaving Waino in, turning it over to Neshek, or letting Wacha have the 9th? Baseball is a funny game. The Giants got more bounces, bloopers, and breaks than the Cardinals, on top of their very timely hitting. They made the most of every situation. How can any Cardinals fan be disappointed? How fun was it to watch Carpenter, Jay, Wong, Adams, and Grichuk break out? So many big moments. People are so quick to forget we beat the best pitcher on the planet twice. Three of the five games in the Giants series ended on the last play of the game. Thats October baseball, and it is amazing. I hope all of these facebookers care this much April - August in 2015. Cardinal Nation will add about 1 million more members if so!
