Note to all producers: Ive been in the studio for 3 days now with the worst writers block of all time. I went through thousands of presets, samples, old projects, and even busted out the old Technique 1200 to listen to old records. At least 10 hours of scrolling through shit. I wanted to punch a wall with frustration after not being able to achieve what I was looking for. After I took a much needed break I came back with an open mind and started back on it...2 hours of fighting with my computer and talking to myself like crazy person, I found exactly what I was looking for all along. Moral of this epic story is: Everyone goes through the struggle of trying to find that next sound so DONT QUIT!! Finish songs because you have no idea where it will lead you. Even if you wanna punch the living shit out of your computer.
