Cardio-vascular Endurance Is the capability of the body to pump blood from the heart to supply the brain and the muscles with enough oxygen during a long period of vigorous activity. 2. Muscular Strength The muscles ability to immediately work efficiently, such as in lifting heavy objects, sprinting, or jumping. 3. Muscular Endurance The capability of using a particular set of muscles repeatedly such as in continued jumping or balancing. 4. Flexibility This refers to the ability to move a particular joint of the body over a particular are of motion. Ballet dancers and gymnasts exhibit high levels of flexibility. 5. Agility Refers to the ability of an individual to immediately change positions in a well-coordinated manner. 6. Balance The ability of maintaining stability while the body is in motion or standing. 7. Speed The capability of a person to execute movements while covering a distance rapidly. 8. Reaction Time The period of time it takes to respond to a given situation or stimuli. 9. Coordination This refers to the ability of the muscles and nerve to perform well-timed body movements. 10. Power This refers to the level of strength which an individual can do in rapid motion. 11. Physical Angularity Refers to the total percentage of bone muscle tissues of the body and their fat contents
