Nothing better than listening to Tom while working in the kitchen. Today on the agenda...lol ;) am preparing spinach and tomatoes from the garden for the freezer. Went out for an early morning forage and got myself more Turkey Tail and a pile of Oyster mushrooms. It is easy to prepare them for the dehydrator. Still with some Lobster mushrooms in the fridge and with some of the Oyster mushrooms will make a vegetable mushroom soup for dinner tonight.
