Nothing good in life comes easy. I see so many "10 minute abs, 3 week fitness secret, 5 day booty buster" etc programs way too often on how to get the body you want. If its worth having its worth working for. If you want real results its simple. Not easy, but simple. Get up off your butt and go make it happen. Stop trying to take the easy route. Usually the easy route has negative long term effects on your body. Change how you eat and what you eat; go run, do crunches, squats, burpees, jump n jacks etc. Common sense activities will get the job done. Most people know this but have 0 "ZERO" self discipline. If you want it, I get it!
