Nothing irritates me more than people making excuses for why their child is foward facing under 2...EVEN under one. Its not a matter of opinion. Its a PROVEN FACT that children should be rear facing AT LEAST until two. And if youre going by weight/height limits its weight AND height not OR. Broken legs cast it broken neck casket. When you know better you do better. Wouldnt you rather have an uncomfortable child than a dead one. Also when people dont put the chest clips on their chest. Its supposed to be at arm pit level. Not on their stomach.
