Nothing like a days bloody hard work to make you feel good. I think this is the first time shes had a proper deep clean since leaving First. Roof is scrubbed, making a massive difference, the interior treated to a massive dose of G101 on every hard surface. It turns out the dash is grey after all. It took 3 attempts of being soaked in G101, scrubbed with a nail brush each time and polished off, but its like new in there now. Light fittings, heaters and step well also treated to G101 while the other half hoovered the seats and cleaned all the glass (including lots of glue removal from old stickers etc) before giving it a sweep and mop. Other exterior work included removing the Beacon Bus legals and school bus signs (they would give the MOT tester a heart attack if he thought it still carried children!). Meanwhile, its time for bed. I havent worked so hard since I was a full time cleaner at Truronian, age 14!!
