Notice for Wednesday January 7th Good News! Our parking lot has been cleared, the city is starting to move around again and we will be running all classes tomorrow, January 7th. Please note: the parking will be reduced due to snow piles and limited parking on the roadway. If you would like to drop your child off without the need to park we would be more than happy to assist with that. Two options would be: 1. drop off in the turnabout in front of the school. The school bus does pick students up in this area at around 8:15-8:20. We ask that you not drop off prior to that. 2. pull up to the gym door and a staff member will meet you. **You can call or text Tammy at 250-574-4206 and she or one of our teachers will come out to meet you. NOTE: do not drop off more than 15 mins prior to class time to ensure a staff member is present to assist. *** Please dress appropriately for the weather as we will be taking advantage of the snowy weather. *** We would like everyone to be mindful of the surface of the parking lot as the temperatures are fluctuating around zero. There may be icy patches. Afterschool Academy Students Please notify your children that the drivers may be delayed in picking up as transportation is still slow and snow piles may alter where we are able to park. Please ensure your child is in their designated location with loose items secured in their back packs for quick pick up. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. Drive safe.
