Notice how this lawyer changes his wording from they had robbed this store to they had taken some cigarellos when he realized that he has just admitted to his clients guilt! His answer to the lying by omission question is simply a re-wording of the definition of lying by omission and then he goes on with his explanation by arguing that he wasnt asked the question out it. If there was no question asked about it, how does the question come up that he lied about the question that is in question? Confused? THE LAWYER IS SAYING THAT THE QUESTION HIS CLIENT WAS ASKED DIDNT EXIST! Who in their right mind would hire this fool?
