NOTE (added by Barr Emeka): We were specifically instructed and directed by the Council of Elders in Biafraland to hold this meeting as a special event and pass some information to the Biafrans in the Diaspora. Following the restructuring and re-organization of the Biafra Liberation Struggle, Bilie Human Rights Initiative and Radio Biafra became the human rights organization and media outfit respectively under the control and guidance of the Council of Elders of Indigenous People of Biafra pursuant to the Legal Instrument signed by the Council of Elders and filed in the Federal High Court authorizing the suit between Biafra and Nigeria. The Federal Government of Nigeria was duly notified before the Office of Indigenous People of Biafra was opened at 90 Wetheral Road Owerri Imo State where the Defendants serve the Biafrans with court documents. Consequently, the Government of Indigenous People of Biafra was established in Biafraland under Customary Law pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999. It is a legitimate government under the Constitution just as the Sharia Government in the North is legitimate under the Nigerian Constitution. The Nigerian Constitution established both Sharia Courts and Customary Courts and recognizes both customary law and sharia law. By the new national liberation structure, all Biafran activists are required to bring themselves under the governance of the Council of Elders and be protected. All Biafran activists are covered and accommodated under the new liberation structure. The Organogram will be made public in the meeting. Thus, the Biafra Struggle is now properly organized and moving on the basis of the rule of law. All pro-Biafra activists are invited to this meeting and advised to submit to the Government headed by the Council of Elders in Biafraland. More information will be disclosed in the meeting.
