Notice of Annual General Meeting Notice is hereby given that the 2014 annual general meeting of the company will be held at 914 20th Street West, in the rehearsal hall on Monday April 28th, 2014 at 7:00pm for the following purposes: 1. To receive the annual report of activities for the year ended 2013. 2. To accept the audited statements for the 2013 fiscal year. 3. To accept nominations to the board of directors and to elect an executive committee of the board. 4. To appoint a new auditor as the companys auditors.
