*Notice to sellers*. It is with regret, that I have to ask from November for a 5% commission on sales as well as £20 rent. This has been a hard decision for me to ask ,and I understand if some of you wish to leave in November. This only equates to an extra couple of pounds a month , if that! But as an accumulative amount, it makes things easier. Basically its either do this or look at closing when my first year lease is up. Which is something I desperately dont want to do. I cannot do this for free. Rent money covers every bill for the shop. I dont get any wage from sellers money. It has been extremely hard for me to get money in as a wage, and this has caused a lot of stress for both myself and my family. I hope you can understand that Im still considerably cheaper than a lot of places! By doing this youre helping me keep open and helping me enjoy this venture. Because at present, the financial side is really testing me, and making me question if its worth it. I hope you can stay part of the shop and stick with me.
