Notwithstanding the situation being heart throbbing; deserved mourning and sympathy does not deter us from reminding ourselves of the bitter truth. The affected traditional institutions in the north and the potentially vulnerable ones should learn from their mistakes of selling-out their communities to politicians such of Jonathanian and his cohorts as against the wishes of their subjects. This is because the act of trading off has backsliding effects with catastrophic consequences. Can we now confidently assert that the politicians used them and dump ?!!! Well, for the politicians, there shall no sacred goats to be spared going by the scheme pogrom but a matter of time. Unfortunately, the acts of trading off continue to flourish throughout the north till present. If not warned now, may be later or never!! A stitch in time saves nine!
