November 11 will mark a full year since my girls and I have moved back to my hometown .I still wonder if I made the right decision. When I gave birth to Makenzie, it wasnt her father holding my hand, he never came to the hospital and I knew, without a doubt I was raising her alone.With Madison Butts however, she was surrounded by loving, attentive grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles. Her father was never predictable as his gambling habits ALWAYS took priority over basic needs.I stayed with him and suffered for years because of that wonderful family support Madison had It was worth every bit of my suffering to see all the love she received. When I moved I contacted some of the family and explained my choice I was assured cards, visits, phone calls would take place .Madison is still waiting .Did you forget her Barbara Nelson Janet Clifford, Susan Leslie, Lauren, Michael, Matthew, Sharon Butts Painter, and of course Brad Butts or whatever your calling yourself today to avoid paying child support. I watch her count day birthdays, look at Facebook to see pictures of constant family gatherings and wonder why she is never included Is posting this gonna change things? Probably not .Is it bad taste? Id say yes. But this Mama demands her children not be subjected to this constant reminder that she was forgotten Shame on you all
