Among the charged persons Chief land Revenue Officer, Under-secretary, Surveyer Officer, Head assistants from Land Revenue Office LALITPUR Nepal. They have had handed over that plot of government land at least 24 years before for their private profit./speed money/ grease/ black money. This is the evidence of RAMPANT corruption in Nepal. NO DOUBT. Third status. November 2 , 2014 Kathmandu , Nepal CORRUPTION IN PRIVATE sector in NEPAL is dangerous? Day before yesterday TWO BUSES were COLLIDED and dangerous ACCIDENT occurred in MAKAWANPUR DISTRICT NEAR HETAUDA CITY of central NEPAL. It caused death of 10 passengers including a foreigner. And at least 29 were wounded severely.We Nepalese shocked to know the truth of that Accident. It was not a REAL Accident. BUT it was made by the DRIVER of that BUS. Because he has not gotten the percentage/illegal money/black money from his BUS OWNER which was given by the HOTEL as a bribe instead of the flooding of those passengers. So he was angry and made that Accident and still at large. This is the RAMPANT corruption in PRIVATE SECTOR of Nepal. Amazing fact is that Gold Medalists are unemployment but FAKE certificateholders are getting job easily . BUT HOW ??? It is open secret that our recruitment process is totally based on nepotism, favouritism and money making policy. Among them the first case is related to a VDC secretary who has misused more than 300 thousand NPR cash instead of to distribute the senior citizens of Nepal. The second case is related to fake qualification certificate of a banker. An assistant employee of NEPAL RASTRA BANK has produce a FAKE INDIAN qualification certificate to get promotion. Nepal is the country of corruption. NO DOUBT. October 28th, 2014, Kathmandu, Nepal. WEAK POINTS OF CIAA WHILE FILING CORRUPTION CASES. Sovereign Nepalese people please kindly think deeply in this matter AT LEAST 5 times. Is not it a little bit laughy or weightless case filed by the CIAA Nepal against the FAKE/ PAPER BASED BUT Physically not /FORGED school establishers/CRIMINALS in Nepal ? If District Education Officer did not release that BUDGET in the name of the FAKE/FORGED school while knowing that it was a FAKE school could they misuse that budget ? NEVER. If so why DEO did not become opponent in this case ? If District TREASURY Officer did real internal AUDIT for 6 years and at least once a month for 72 months and 72 times continue could they misuse that budget ? NEVER. If so why District TREASURY Officer did not become opponent in this case ? If Nepals AUDITOR GENERAL did real FINAL AUDIT for 6 years and 6 times up to case filing day could they misuse that budget ? NEVER. If so why Nepals AUDITOR GENERAL’s regarding auditor did not become opponent in this case ? Perhaps This is a case for case but not REALLY targeting the GOAL to reduce corruption in Nepal. If the accountant of DEO office really / honestly checked that paper he/she could easily stop that blunder at the very beginning but he/she did not do that while knowing that that was a fake School. If so why that Accountant did not become opponent in this case ?
