November 25 ,2014...... I had my sugar test and cholesterol test...... From 8:05 am until 8:30 ... All those result is so amazing because my sugar is on borderline coz normal for sugar is 60 to 100..... But my cholesterol is 233 , for normal is 144 up to 244.......but for me its time to have discipline in taking all kinds of foods .... Coz walay pagmahay mag una....... We have to treasure life........
