November 26, 2014 Rough Draft To: I just began getting out the documents & records that we will need to progressively address these issues. As a note to myself, I have a part of X ATAL correspondence on bar with partial evidence for discovery in the works. Following the Holidays, X I will be able to submit a more detailed schedule of objectives, in correlation with the interface layout of the dashboard as well as recommendations for a more aggressive/offensive plan of chronological ordered action, based on the inner office memorandums and addendums of evidence, to also, I believe include recorded telephone conversations of parties in question verifying their signatures on MOST of our ongoing issues ...to include verbal promises to remove items from credit reports, as within 30 day statutes, as stated ON THE SIGNED CONTRACTS, READ ALOUD, while Verbally Confirming Receipt of ALL FUNDS as required, paid in full, settled or otherwise. For the record, my first 3 adversaries ARE: #1. Sallie May PLATO SMU LOAN = PAID (New holder of Old Settled VOID LOAN= Wells Fargo; NOTE: Do have Wells Fargo VP Signature on His Memo/Afidavid stating BOTH LOANS are PAID IN FULL! (W/Corresondsnce w/X, ATAL)! #2. New Jersey Higher Education Authority (Same Situation)! #3. HDBC Auto Loans Department (Same Situation)! #4. Texas (or Whoever) Board of Higher Education (Same Situation)! (...AFTER WE DEAL w/THOSE 4, including New Jersey Governor & THUG Chris Christie, Lt.Governor New Jersey, State Treasurer New Jersey, Etc.) ...we will TAKE ON/OUT/OFF, ETC., ...the remainder of these PESTS & PARASITES, LIKE CHRIS CHRISTIE, PRESENTLY PLAGUING MY LIFE! : ) PS: Tonilyn, two of the documents you will be receiving are #1: A letter from The Department of Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation Division, 11000 Wiltshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90024, Tel (310) 882-1070, Fax (310)236-6247 On: October 2, 2007, From: Mrs X, M.S., C.R.C., US VA Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor TelX X To: Sonoma College ATTN: Dr. Tricia Devin, President CC: Mr. Robert Gee CC: Ms. Judith Hansen-Stelljes, Accounting CC: Mrs. Kim Bella, Dean 795 Folsom Street, First Floor San Francisco, California 94107 Please note as on the first page of This Memorandum, $12,875.00 was wired directly to the Bank Routing Number for Sonoma College and was confirmed as received. However, as noted by Mrs.X (and later US VA Inspector General Special Agent Thomas Oberhauffer), ...that the $12,975.00 from the United States Treasury Department went missing at approximately the SAME TIME that Sonoma College Dean/President, Dr. Tricia Devin left the country ...followed by all other parties under investigation ...within 24 hours of the school PERIODICLY changing its name on the foyure sign, the fax machine letterhead & all school stationary AND TRUSTEES OVERNIGHT, to which most instructors Stay On while their active students are FORTUNATE ENOUGH to have ALL of their TUITION MONEY Grangfather Claused In but as these funds NO LONGER EXIST then full or even partial reimbursements are nefarious as these funds NO LONGER EXIST. The interest aspect, however, is the manner in which the school WAS LISTED on the previous database by the Great State of Californias version of the Texas Workforce Commission to which, legally, for its Associated in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, it was coded to legally receive US Treasury funds for US VA disabled veterans, under the Title 31 USC. However, that State of California Authorized Technical School Database has changed after being re-written by a third-party amateur web designer, who hid both Sonoma College and Casa Loma College. However, the brochure for Casa Loma College, who grandfather clauses in Sonoma Colleges students, professors, classes and buildings, but not ledgered accounts, shows to have been in business since the 1960s-1970s era, with the same benefactors and trustees. Fortunately, however, upon arriving to class to conference in with both my US VA disabled students VA Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Mrs. X and US VA Inspector Generals Offices Special Agent Thomas Oberhauffer, while The Accounting Department told the student body that Sonoma College had been liquidated and merged with Casa Loma College, our student funds no longer existed, MY STUDENT LEDGER representing the Ledger Balance from 10/19/2005 to 10/31/2007, to which Upon Confirmed Receipt of the $12,875.00 from the US Treasury Department, on 10/31/2007, my Student Ledger shows to the EXACT PENNY to be printed DIRECTLY from The Schools Accounting Department Database Computer for: STUDENT: Brock, Wade ID: 2005SC0074 PROGRAM: MRI STATUS: Active FIRST TERM: 12/5/2005 EXPECTED GRAD: 10/30/2008 - Transaction Date: 10/31/2007 - Ledger Code: ____________ - Debit: __________________ - Credit: _________________ - Description: ______________ - Detail: __________________ - Source: _________________ - Enrollment: _______________ [BALANCE]: ($5,648.88) [DEBIT]: ($27,401.00) [CREDIT]: ($33,049.88) - Stop -------------------------------------------- Lexington Law Firm X Attorney at Law 105-1/2 North Main Street Henderson, Texas Wade G. However, when your disgusting self and ingrate subordinates, such as your fellow thug Lieutenant Governor or your Insurance Fraud Swindling New Jersey State Treasurer take it upon yourselves to submit disparaging letters of financial Ill-repute to myself, the three credit bureaus or to the superiors of Mrs. Susan X , M.S., C.R.C., I am forced to place a limit upon the amount of foolishness that I will accept from a brigand muke as yourself and that of your non-desirable fellow reprobates. Please do understand, Sir, that this most recent last annoyance from you shall be the last annoyance accepted by you and your sort. Do know also, Sir, that any funds due to either yourself, The State of New Jersey or Thomas Edison State University have,FROM THE BEGINNING, been paid in full. Toward this end, I care not whether the unacceptable incompetence concerning me and my business dealings is due upon the dereliction of yourself, the truancy of your staff or simply an antequated system which resembles you and your modus operandi. Either way, should you or anyone affiliated with you ever dare to be so foolishly bold as to contact me for any reason, should your weapon of choice be pistols, contact Mr. Gene Phillips Estate (by the lake) and I am fairly certain that President George W. Bush be your 1st as he seems to need your lying filth present at our library. Unlike the gentleman in question, I have no need of you whatsoever. To this aka your end, should you choose swords, I formally request the borrowed use of that blade which belongs to Commander Denver McCarty and do respectfully request that you spend however much time as you feel behooves you trying to find a high ground suitable for your last stand. As a gentleman, I recommend that you select a firm footing somewhere near the Great PlainsRegional Medical Command at Quality Management, 2410 Stanley Road, Suit #209, should you require instructions, please dial Comm: 210-295-2361, Fax: 421-2334, or DSN#421-2361. This, I guarantee is your best chance to live. Otherwise, why say Goodbye to those who have already left. Truly, Wade Brock Happy Thanksgiving! You may order these free reports through the Internet at https://annualcreditreport or by telephone by calling 1-877-322-8228. When you order online, you will need to obtain all three credit reports: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. While accessing the free credit reports through the website, each credit reporting agency will ask for information to verify your identity. This may consist of old account numbers, previous addresses, employer information, or any other information that appears on the consumer credit report. If you are successful in answering these questions, you will be immediately provided with online access to your credit reports. You will have the option of printing the reports, or providing us with online access. In order to provide online access, you will need to record the following information as you progress through the site: Equifax: While accessing your free Equifax credit report, click the link that reads View Report for 30 Days Free then select a user name and password. If you do not select a username and password, you may only view the report once and will need to print it. We cannot access your credit report with the confirmation number. Experian: Experian will provide you with a ten digit report number. We will need this report number to access your Experian report. TransUnion: To access your TransUnion credit report, you will select a user name and a password. We will need this information to access your TransUnion report. If you cannot receive any or all of your credit reports because you were unable to answer the questions or verify your identity, you will be given a telephone number you may call to receive the credit reports. If you receive your credit reports by mail you may either e-mail them to documents@lexingtonlaw as a PDF attachment, or mail a legible copy to us. Please keep the original reports for your records and mail legible copies to us at: Lexington Law Firm PO Box 510290 Salt Lake City, UT 84151 If you use a private carrier such as UPS or FedEx, send them to: Lexington Law Firm 360 North Cutler Drive North Salt Lake, UT 84054 Please let me know if you have any questions, Im h Lexington Law Firm (877)-401
