November 27, 2014 -- Happy Thanksgiving to all our family and friends. We have much to be thankful for this year. Gage would not be doing as well as he is without all the prayers and support he has received since being diagnosed with ALL and we couldnt be more thankful for that. We are also thankful for Dr. Rosen and his staff for taking such good care of Gage. They are a wonderful team and we have placed our complete faith and trust in them. Finally, we cant describe how thankful we are for our immediate family that has been able to help take Gage to appointments, take care of him while Lionel and I work and be a phone call away when something is needed. We couldnt do this without each and everyone of you. Gage has had a good day. We traveled to Great Bend to spend the day with Jon and Goldie Taylor and family. We had a wonderful time with family and friends. Gages last bag of fluids finished up early this afternoon, and he took his last dose of leucovorin this evening. He has a bit of a cough and running and low grade fever that we will keep an eye on. Hoping it is just a reaction to his chemo and not an infection. Again we cant thank our family and friends enough for all the support. We are truly blessed to have such a large support system. Polly & Lionel
