This is an entry level position that can easily develop into a long term career. We do not require knowledge or past experience in pest control, but we do require excellent client service skills. Any construction based knowledge or experience is a plus. A successful candidate for this position will: Be involved in pest exclusion work on the exterior and within the crawlspace of homes and buildings. Perform rodent and potentially wildlife trapping programs Use power tools and hand tools Be able to work on ladders and atop roofs Be able to complete work as a team and as an individual Follow a daily schedule and assure prompt arrivals at timed stops Communicate and develop relationships with clients Complete the appropriate paperwork Diagnose and solve problems with their clients and coworkers Perform bids and sales for potential new clients What Good Earth Offers: Competitive compensation Vacation and Sick Time Medical Dental Vision Simple IRA retirement Wellness program Paid on job training period and ongoing education Background and DMV checks along with Drug Screenings are a mandatory part of our hiring process.
