Now Blatter says he was also equally surprized by this Messi award. So who was not surprized coz even Messi looked surprized as much. And wen I looked up the rules, it was the media supposed to decide this award and not Fifas technical committee..bt my General observation is whatever the award, no award will ever be universally and unanimously accepted..moreover these days most pple vote sentimentally rather than logically!!
