Now Hiring: Audience Services Coordinator East West Players seeks a committed, proactive, and diplomatic thinker providing excellent customer service to our patrons. This individual will possess a passion for Asian American issues and knowledge of community groups, schools, and other groups bringing people together across community lines. Interpersonal skills must be exceptional. He/She must independently initiate and pursue objectives in an organized and efficient manner, prioritizes activities, and maximize team interaction to complete high quality work on time. POSITION SUMMARY The Audience Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all patrons (subscribers, single ticket purchases and group sales) attending EWP events have an excellent experience from point of purchase through attending performances; in addition, this position maintains the Patron Manager ticketing system, house management and box office in relation to the customer experience. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years box office and house management experience with excellent communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Asian American theatre is very helpful. Knowledge of Patron Manager helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a participatory leadership style in working collaboratively with artistic personnel, staff and volunteers required. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work under high stress situations, and meet deadlines in fast paced environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Compensation is commensurate with experience for non-profit arts organization. Competitive based on experience.
