*** Now I know how clients feel when they go to the wrong bank.*** I moved into a place that apparently has no working heat. I called HEAT PUMP SPECIALISTS who promised to fix the old fashioned boiler. They sent two very nice guys out on Friday to start the repair, and they guys explained the repair would continue sometime next week. The final repair was set for Monday. Nope, stood up. I called, and the receptionist covered for the owner and created a reason for poor service and broken promise. The owner left a voicemail and promised a final repair for Tuesday. Nope, what is worse than being stood up by a repairman? Here is the answer: Hey, no. Sorry, we had to let a repairman go.... We are not going to be able to fix your boiler. You are going to have to call someone else. We are all promised out. Ummmm....til Thanksgiving. I will have VERY COOL BEANS tonight because my landlord relied on HEAT PUMP SPECIALIST. Why didnt the owner just say he didnt want the business?
