Now Im getting all these air bnb requests. we leave in 3 days for a month. I Have never rented my home before. I have no idea how to handle this while i am away- I wont be able to meet the guests. & if one guest stays then another comes, how to make sure the second guests get keys, clean place, towels, sheets? How to know if you can trust people and protect your stuff?? we dont even lock our door. And the damn site wont let you get someones email or # until you accept a reservation. Peeps who have experience in this, can you advise? Im confused and hesitant yet it would be really great to get some $ towards rent when we are gone the whole month...
