Now Ive heard it all with this partial government shutdown! 5 soldiers get killed in Afghanistan over the weekend, doing their job, protecting our freedoms and the military tells the loved ones that the immediate death gratuity that the family receives normally within 36 hours to help cover costs with the death of their loved one CANNOT be paid due to the government shutdown???? What the hell!! Congress and the rest of the politicians are getting their checks but yet these heroes family are told that we have to give you an IOU. What the hell is wrong with this picture???
