Now... You can repeat the videos or you can challenge yourself to a faster walk, which is with 3, 4 & 5 miles. I did 3 today! Get ready to sweat.... this goes a little faster. Even if you just go back to mile 1 and keep doing it, that is great!! NO matter what I am going to do in the afternoons or evenings, I will be doing at least the 1 mile in the mornings to get my day started!! Tomorrow I am going to do a Zumba day!! And as always, I will post the video I used.
