Now after watching this consider: Jesus was fully naked; He got the Roman 40 lashes save one each with some very sharp object at the end of each of the 16 lash tails that would dig into the skin and peal it off; His hair and beard were pulled out by hand; He face beaten and the Bible says you could not tell if He was a man (which means if you never figured it out the lashings ripped off His manhood); then a beam some where between 40-60# put on His shoulders to carry to a small hill 3 MILES outside Jerusalem and up the hill. The PLace of the Skull (the place where King David had buried Goliaths head, now Big G was a Philistine, translated today Palestinian) where He was laid on another beam His feet put on top of each other and ONE long iron spike was driven all the way through and into the wood; next the beam He carried had been put into its place and He was laid back the same iron spikes drive into His hand (whether palm or wrist depends on definition). The whole structure was lifted up and it fell into a 2-3 hole with a jarring thud thus dislocating every joint. Now with all that the only way to break was to push yourself against your nailed feet and take a breath. Normal crucifixion took 3-6 days to die depending on the person; but Passover was coming so they set out to break His legs so the throat would collapse and He suffocate. But of course He was already dead because the burden He bore and His purpose in Coming was Finished. The whole of the Christian faith is bound up in this suffering and 3 days later His Resurrection. It is simple: Believe that The Lord Jesus covers you with His blood thus causing complete forgiven of ALL your sins from first to forever and the Father forgets them so when He looks upon You He sees His Beloved Son; believe that the Father raised Jesus bodily from the dead and rose back into Heaven and at that very moment you become a Child of the ONE TRUE KING! Simple but religion, denominations and evil men and women in history, and money hungry preachers, pastors of today basically mock Him. They will be so surprised when they possibly hear, I dont know you. I have seen many such in my live. All I can tell you is what is promised in the Bible is the truth and is living and really happens. God is NOT dead for death came by evil and darkness; Jesus came bringing Light and Life (the Greek word Zooey=more and more abundantly more LIFE).
