Now back in chambers after a great break and excited about the prospect of arguing new cases for motivated clients. In the next month I will be running an appeal from the Refugee Review Tribunal in the Federal Court and asking the Supreme Court to set aside restraints of trade imposed upon a real estate agent by his former employers. I will also be junior counsel in the Court of Appeal in a landmark equity and corporations law case. Next week I am in the Federal Circuit Court asking the Court to set-aside family law orders made against my client in his absence after he wasnt served and didnt know the hearing was taking place. Lots of great causes and interesting cases.
