Now dont take me wrong people.... I am not running from shit..... JUST GOT A DOSE OF REALITY!!!!! the repairs on this house EXCEEDS my annual income!!!! Jeff and I talked... well I talked... and I told him.. Reality is ..... Its time to let go!!! If he wants to stay here till the roof caves in on him then so be it!!! Jeff is gona do what he wants reguardless of my thoughts and or actions... and he is entitled to that. I am prepared to get my umbrella out the next time it rains!!!! But I will not try to save a house I cant afford!!!! that is just foolish!!!! so go ahead people and think your worst thoughts and in the mean time I am gona keep my head held high and walk TALL and do the SENSIBLE thing!!!! know when to walk away and know when to run!!!!! I am doing both!!!!
