Now for the second most requested (after Stress), best essential oils for RELAXATION: Chamomile, Clary Sage, Lavender, Marjoram, Orange, Ylang Ylang. These oils are also great for ADHD & High Blood Pressure (avoid if you have Low Blood Pressure though). Either: blend 2 drops of essential oil per 5ml carrier oil (eg: Grape Seed) and massage into the skin, or pour the blend into a warm bath. Alternatively, add a few drops of the essential oil onto a tissue and inhale throughout the day (the oil(s) will need to be refreshed every few hours though).
