Now i understand the power of traits not only in influencing human behavior but also organizational behavior. Since organizations are also born and have a life cycle, genetic specs are transferred on to them from their parents which determine behavior. A close look at Makerere University, even without a DNA test, you will just know that its 100% a true son of Uganda. A University that is wretched by corruption and lack of transparency, can only be found in a country with similar traits. I studied here, work here and happy to be here, but unless we get a messiah or a proper psychological intervention to curb the bizarre behaviors in this great institution, great minds will be forced to get a campus and sketch a new direction as we build for the past. #its a personal analysis#.
