Now in my opinion!! This is just too much && proves my point on how Jamaicans can be && are really hostile, stuck in dumb traditions && down right just dont think. 1) thats not gonna STOP teach him not to do it again (its not effectively saying what you did was wrong) 2) SOME parents would tell there child to be verbally abusive, themselves would portray physical abuse towards people who are different && wont be held accountable for that, but you wanna beat or hit the child for cursing at a teacher (which is the same thing) 3) Im not defending him either - reason being maybe he too would see me or a colleague && resort to bashing or disrespectful actions.. (Not saying Im supportive of that kind of public behavior) Ps- she could have done all of that at her home or somewhere secluded, she could have so addressed the situation differently BEATING DOES NOT DO A THING BUT PAUSES THE PROBLEM FOR THE MOMENT (short term) it will still be a problem LONG TERM.
