Now last week-end we went to Missoula to see Dennis family and attend the International Choir Festival. Young people from Korea, Japan, Estonia (near Russia) New Jersey...each one bringing their best talent from that Country and each one having their own style of singing and sang several America Show tunes...with their own rendition. The New Jersey group had an exchange student from Africa who assisted in the direction of their group and we as the audience saw thru dance, costume, big congo drums the traditional music from his country. Brought the house down, as we all joined and participated in the upbeat music. We did see the St. Regis fire before we got to Missoula, flames up in the air trying to cross the highway. Hard to breathe and kept watching all the firefighters trying to put it out. Coming home Sunday morning, same area, smoke so thick you could chew it and we could hardly breathe and no visibility on the road even with lights on...everyone drove 10 mi an hour and trying get threw, hoping we did not have to turn around. Could not see the car in front of us... What an adventure....for sure....
