Now that I have built up the proper sushi suspense, I can reveal that the gorgeous roll in my cover shot comes from Bento Cafe, a place near Central and Ridge that serves both Mexican food AND sushi. Read my review from todays paper but pay special attention to the part where I say that this small staff could be easily overwhelmed by big crowds.
