Now that I have had time to re-read the articles and see the news stories a few times I am ready to mouth off about this Tony Stewart incident last night. First let me get this out of the way, it sucks that a racer or anyone at the race track got killed. This was an ACCIDENT... it was not a case of Tony Stewart Killing anyone. Anyone who has spent time around short tracks are probably shocked that more tragedies do not take place. There was almost a member of the Queens court at Knoxville creamed in the pit area this weekend. Bad stuff happens at race tracks. If it was driver JOE BLOW involved in the incident we wouldnt have heard about the story outside of the industry junkies. The fact a #NASCAR driver was involved makes it news...but it doesnt change the fact that this appears to be an accident with the victim the one who was careless just like 100s of drivers every week. This is a sad story and no I am not blaming the victim...what I am saying is this was a TRAGIC ACCIDENT not a case of SOMEONE KILLING SOMEONE ELSE WITH THEIR RACE CAR.
