Now that ServPro of Ft Collins has finally cashed my check I feel the need to warn my Colorado friends never to use them. They fully took advantage of my situation, over charged me, quarantined a portion of my house for a month, used my electricity for their equipment that was not shut off during this month (my electric bill is thru the roof), took a closet full of items from this house and DID NOT INVENTORY them so we are unsure of what was all taken, just know that we can not find some things and charge $1000 for that, couldnt give me a straight answer on any of my questions, had the environmental people in here 4 times ($500/ea) and this was all out of pocket. So did they do a good job? Oh Hell NO! A 3 day job was openly admitted to me it was botched up and they also openly admitted to me I was becoming a liability, live and learn. Spread the word, had I googled ServPro, I would have read bad reviews and would have chosen a different mold company.
