Now that commish had his old man nap.......just want to thank every team who participated in The Goodtimes Mens Fall Softball League this year......It was a great season with a lot of games in a short period of time! I hope everyone had fun and enjoyed the competition throughout the season. Playoff are in the books now....First Place (Reg Season/Playoffs) goes to Ravens Roost.........2nd Place goes to The Bombers who had a chance in the if game....down 4 in the bottom of 7th...after being behind all game....had 2nd and 3rd with 1 out and go ahead run on second...only to have Shane Ciriello pitch a strike out and a short fly ball to end it and secure The Hardware! Offensive MVP for Championship Game goes to Johnny Alexander. who crushed 3 dingers in two games......Defensive MVP goes to Shane Ciriello for his solid middle play on the mound! Above the Influence takes 3rd place after knocking out Xtreme in the opening games of the day on Sunday! All in all, I had fun and hope everyone else enjoyed themselves.....GOODTIMES SOFTBALL LEAGUES will be popping up everywhere in the summer/fall next year....stay tuned for details.......Thanks for putting up with me all season......................Im out!
