Now that it is 2015 - we decided to pull ourselves together and get some new releases out over the next month. What are they you ask? Nepenthes Hydromelita 8.5% abv, our braggot blended with Nepenthes & South African Mead (Mid Jan). Malefactus, our imperial wheat stout 11% abv. (Not sour, end Jan). Also look for a new batch of Phantasma Sour & Tempus Sour Saison (this time blended with our own young lambic style ale from last year) towards early February.
