Now that my tummy is full , I can sit & upload some exercise video before I start my crazy afternoon taxi round I did the walking double lunges with weights today & it was awesome ! Felt the burn early in the second set as compared with the normal lunges . Just remember to put your weight in the leg in front & keep the front knee above the ankle when going down . Back straight , tummy in , look ahead at all times . 10-15 reps to & fro is one set . Can do 4 sets
