Now this is intriguing........... More so when some kind words of appreciation come from Former CJI SH Kapadia who has not succumbed to tow the lines of any regime to win post retirement postings... he continues to remain one amongst very few judges who has retired instead of being parked somewhere... i believe, his words hold a lot of value... Subramanium has also received support from the legal fraternity with former CJI SH Kapadia writing to Subramanium praising his integrity. I have not come across a more competent, erudite and scholastic Law Officer as Gopal Subramanium. I say this with all authenticity at my command and not because you are my friend. Also, its noteworthy that Subramanium, who spent 35 days in Trivandrum and in the temple complex and exposed large-scale pilferage of gold from the temple vaults.. till date we have heard a lot about Padmanabha Swamy temple investigation but exact details have never come out in public, and it appears that we are relying on propaganda of interest groups... it would be good it this report by Gopal Subramanium is made public, so that we get to know the real truth...
